Nate was born and raised in Jamestown, NY. He was an all-state distance runner in high school and continued his running career at the University of Albany. He studied Kinesiology and Athletic Training while competing in cross country and track & field. Nate battled numerous running injuries and decided to shift his focus to a more hands-on approach, which led him to Boulder in 1997 to attend BCMT.
When Nate isn't busy teaching eager minds or massaging clients, his passion is travelling, seeing live music across the country, and hiking or trail running around Colorado with his dog, Forbin. Nate's motto is "work hard, play hard". Creating the balance between personal and professional lives is what keeps him going and able to be present for his clients and students, alike.
